Hola…! ¿ Que tal estáis ? espero que bien y os deseo un fantástico comienzo de semana, a veces nos quejamos mucho, yo , por ejemplo, siempre estoy llorando, cuando no es por una cosa es por otra, pero luego miro al cielo y luego , parece que este cielo maravilloso y sabio azul, me dice…! Mira a tu alrededor Charin, mira a tu alrededor…. y entonces con los ojos mojados de lagrimas, me las seco con las manos y comienzo a mirar a mi alrededor, veo tantas cosas tan dolorosas y situaciones tan terribles y tantas y tantas cosas más, que solo hago mirar al cielo una vez más y le hablo — Tienes razón, oye, no me hagas caso en mis llantos, es que solo te tengo a Ti para contarte mis cosas, perdóname por ser como soy, ya quisiera yo ser como Santa Teresita del niño Jesús, pero no lo soy…¿ Que quieres que haga ? ¿ A quien me voy a quejar…? ! pues a Ti, que me puedes solucionar algunas cosillas que son muy importantes para mi, aunque, debieras solucionar problemas bien gordos a personas que yo aprecio mucho, y que eso sí, que son problens… Realmente el mío es que me gusta mucho las papas fritas, las chuletas empanadas, los buenos guisos y el buen pan, porque el vino no lo quiero para nada desde que agarré una buena borrachera de Anis del mono cuando era chica, junto con mi primo Andrés, que en paz descanse y mi prima Teresa ! Estaba tan dulce…!

Aung Kyaw Htet -Burmese Painter «Aung Kyaw Htet was born in Myaungmya and studied at the State School of Fine Arts in Yangon. He is a devout Buddhist and grew up in a small village — two factors which have a strong influence on his art. Information about Buddhism in Myanmar can be found at dhammaweb.net. Over the past decade, Aung Kyaw Htet has quietly produced some of the most coherent, nuanced and resonant bodies of art works from Myanmar. While his depictions of novice monks and nuns may unleash questions about the slippery social environment of Myanmar and the role of romanticism under such conditions; he instead mobilises a reserved and ordered look into the inquiry of social isolation and spiritual identity with a contemporary emotional mannerism that represents these subjects as irredeemably human. Aung Kyaw Htet’s aesthetic is reservedly authored as his work explores an artistic intellectualism where composition and narrative are pitched together. He has participated in several exhibitions internationally such as in Thailand (2002, 2004, 2005, 2008), Singapore (2003, 2008, 2012) Hong Kong (2003, 2004), Taiwan (2006), India (2009), Dubai (2009), and Monaco (2010). His paintings are in the museum collections of the National Museum of Myanmar and the National Art Gallery of Malaysia.»
